I would like to update my summary of the records that I’ve found so far, for Franciszek Grochowski and Katarzyna Bułka alias Sucha. All the records are from the Krajna area of Poland. The present day locations are in Gmina Złotów, Gmina Zakrzewo, Gmina Krajenka, Gmina Więcbork, and/or Gmina Jastrowie, which are within Wielkopolskie and Kujawsko-Pomorskie Provinces. The information is derived from the listed records below.

Assumptions/Theories:

• Franciszek Grochowski was originally from the Zakrzewo Parish. He was brothers or cousins to the following: Józef and Filip Grochowski.
• Franciszek was the son of Jakub Grochowski, who died in the Zakrzewo parish in 1812.
• Filip Grochowski married Magdalena Bułka, who is most likely Katarzyna’s sister.
• Roch Bułka was Katarzyna’s brother. A baptismal record in 1807, from the Zakrzewo Parish, list Roch as Suszyński alias Bułka. His death record lists him as Roch Suchy.
• Franciszek and Katarzyna married in Zakrzewo @1797. This record is only available at the Koszalin Archdiocese archive.
• The couple had a child between the following years: 1804-1807.
