This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Paweł Grochowski, from the Zakrzewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On January 22nd, 1804, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zakrzewo Parish, baptized the infant named Paweł, who was born on the 16th of January, 1804, The parents were Franciszek and Katarzyna Grochowski nee Bułka, the legally married couple, both are Catholic. The Godparents were: Roch Bułka and Jadwiga Kuberek, both from the village of Wiśniewka.
