Katarzyna Sikora nee Wierzba Headstone

Below is picture of Anton Sikora and Katarzyna Sikora nee Wierzba’s headstone, which is located at St. Adalbert’s Cemetery, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Anton and Katarzyna are buried in front of Jan and Julianna Wierzba. Katarzyna was born and then baptised in Lipusz, Koscierzyna, Pomorskie, Poland on February 8, 1871. Katarzyna’s Godparents were Wincenty Wierzba and Maria Maszk.

Katrazyna emigrated with her family, while she was an infant, and arrived in Milwaukee in 1872. Katarzyna and Anton were married at St. Stanislaus Parish in 1890. They lived at 734R1 S. 3rd Ave., until Katarzyna’s mother, Julianna, died and then they moved into Jan Wierzba’s home at 511 W. Maple St.
