Jan Wierzba’s Headstone St.Adalbert’s Cemetery

Below is a picture of Jan Wierzba’s headstone at St. Adalbert’s Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Jan was born in Tuszkowy, Koscierzyna, Pomorskie, Poland. He was baptised in the Lipusz Parish on March 29, 1840. After arriving in America on June 21, 1872, Jan and family moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Jan Wierzba and Julianna Wolski had 15 children, though ony 9 grew up to become adults. Jan and family lived at 511 W. Maple St, until he died. Jan Wierzba died and was buried on October 4, 1915.
