This is my translation of the English/Polish language death record of Julianna Kulas nee Wierzba, from the St. Stanislaus Parish – Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Any errors are completely my own.

Milwaukee, 1899,

On the 30th of June, 1899, I, Rev. Paweł Szulczecki, Pastor of the St. Stanislaus Parish, officiated at the funeral of Julianna Kulas, aged 70. She died on the 27th of June, 1899. The death came on suddenly. She was born in Lipusz, Poland. She was buried in the Polish Union cemetery.
