This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Franciszek Kobs, from the St. Stanislaus Parish – Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Any errors are completely my own.

Milwaukee, 1878, No. 101,

On April 28th, 1878, I, Rev. Górski, Pastor of the St. Stanislaus Parish, baptized the infant named Franciszek. The parents were: Paweł and Rozalia Kobs nee Grochowska, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 26th of April, 1878. The Godparents were: Franciszek Graj and Gertruda Brożek.
