Baptism of Michał Przybysz (1813)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Michał Przybysz, from the Zgłowiączka Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Borek, 1813
On the 25th of March, 1813, at 10 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Zgłowiączka, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Zgłowiączka, Breść County, Bydgoszcz Department, Wincenty Przybysz, aged 40, a shepherd residing in the village of Borek, and presented Us a male child, which was born in his home – house #2, on the 23rd of March, 1811, at 7 a.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Żywiczka, aged 26. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Michał. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Józef Graszka, aged 50, a shepherd residing in Bernatki – Gmina Lubraniec, and Jakub Lewandowski, aged 31, a farm owner residing in Borek. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
