Marriage of Stanislaw Wojciechowski and Konstancja Prominska (1869)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Stanisław Wojciechowski and Konstancja Promińska nee Korzeniewska, from the Krzywosądz parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Wola Bachorna/Czołpin, No 8, 1869

This happened in the village of Krzywosądz, on the 23rd of November, 1869, at 5 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of Walenty Lewandowski, aged 57, and Jan Kacprzak, aged 30, both are laborers residing in Czołpin, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Stanisław Wojciechowski, aged 70, a widower, residing in the village of Wola Bachorna, born in the village of Lubomin, the son of Józef and Barbara Wojciechowski,

and Konstancja Promińśka, a widow, her previous husband Wincenty Promiński died on December 30th, 1858, she is laborer residing in Czołpin, born in the village of Bądkowo, the daughter of Jakób and Antonina Korzeniewski nee Krum?.

The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Krzywosądz Parish Church, on the 7th, 14th, and 21st of November, 1869. The couple stated that no prenuptial contract was made and no impediments arose. The religious ceremony of marriage was performed by Rev. Jabłkowski, Pastor of the Krzywosądz Parish. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
