Marriage of Jozef Kacprzak and Jozefata Wojciechowska (1858)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Józef Kacprzak and Józefata Wojciechowska, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Wola Bachorna, No 3, 1858

This happened in the village of Sędzin on the 26th of September, 1858, at 10 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of Marcin Wojtycha, a laborer, aged 41, and Piotr Wozniarski, a wheel-maker, aged 30, both residents of Wola Bachorna, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Józef Kacprzak, aged 22, single, a laborer residing in Kuczkowo, born in Biela, the son of Stanisław and Marianna Kacprzak,

and Józefata Wojciechowska, aged 19, an attendant residing in Wola Bachorna, born in Szalonki, the daughter of Stanisław and Jadwiga Wojciechowska.

The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Sędzin Parish church, on the 5th, 12th, and 19th of September, 1858. No impediments arose. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
