This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Marianna Kacprzak, from the Sędzin Parish.

Wola Bachorna, No. 2, 1869

This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 1st of April, 1869, at 5 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Józef Kacprzak, aged 32, and Franciszek Rutkowski, aged 40, both are farmhands residing in Wola Bachorna, and stated that on the 30th of March, 1869, at 12 p.m., Marianna Kacprzak, aged 6 months, died. She was born and resided in Wola Bachorna. She was the daughter of Józef and Józefa Kacprzak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Kacprzak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
