This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Marcianna Kacprzak, from the Sędzin Parish.

Wola Bachorna, No. 9, 1860

This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 7th of April, 1860, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Józef Kacprzak, aged 23, and Stanisław Wojciechowski, aged 60, both farmhands residing in Wola Bachorna, and stated that on the 5th of April, 1860, at 4 a.m., Marcianna Kacprzak, aged 3 months, died. She was born and resided in Wola Bachorna. She was the daughter of Józef and Józefa Kacprzak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marcianna Kacprzak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
