This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Józefa Kacprzak, from the Sędzin Parish.

Wola Bachorna, No. 22, 1872

This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 13th/25th of December, 1872, at 1 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Józef Kacprzak, aged 35, and Jan Kacprzak, aged 32, both farmers residing in Wola Bachorna, and stated that on the 11th/23rd of December, 1872, at 7 a.m., Józefa Kacprzak, aged 30, a farmers wife, died. She resided in Wola Bachorna. She was born in Szalonki, to her parents Stanisław and Jadwiga Wojciechowski. She leaves behind her husband Józef Kacprzak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Józefa Kacprzak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
