Baptism of Zofia Kacprzak (1865)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Zofia Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish.

Wola Bachorna No. 12 1865

This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 7th of May, 1865, at 10 a.m. Józef Kacprzak appeared, a farmhand, age 25, a resident of the village of Wola Bachorna, in the presence of Lukasz Pawłuszki, age 27,  and Wojciech Łakomy, age 48, farmers residing in Kuczkowo, and showed us a female child, born in the village of Wola Bachorna on the 4th of May, 1865, at 8 p.m., to his wife Jożefa Wojciechowska, age 20. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Zofia, and the godparents were: the previously mentioned Lukasz Pawłuszka and Maryanna Wożniak. All of the people mentioned in this document were Catholic. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
