Baptism of Zofia Kacprzak (1861)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Zofia Kacprzak, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Wola Bachorna, No. 12, 1861

This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 7th of May, 1861, at 10 a.m. Józef Kacprzak appeared, aged 25, a farmhand residing in Wola Bachorna, in the presence of Łukasz Pawłuszek, aged 27, and Wojciech Łakoma, aged 48, farm owners residing in Kuczkowo, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in Wola Bachorna, on the 4th of May, 1861, at 8 p.m., to his lawful wife Jozefa Wojciechowska, aged 20. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Zofia. The Godparents were: Łukasz Pawłuszek and Marianna Woźniak. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
