Baptism of Walenty Karpik (1817)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Walęty Karpik, from the Służewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Służewo Wieś, No. 10, 1817

On the 15th of February, 1817, at 12 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of the Służewo Parish, Maciej Karpik appeared, aged 30, a farmhand residing in Służewo, and presented Us a male child, which was born in house #4, on the 15th of February, 1817, at 9 a.m.?, to his lawful wife Agata nee Wiśniewska, aged 29. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Walęty. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Urban Kowalski, aged 26, and Grzegorz Kontowicz, aged 30, both are farmhands residing in Służewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
