On February 4th, 1786, I, Rev. Szymon Kowalkowski, Pastor of the Służewo Parish, baptized the infant named Agnieszka. Her parents were Maciej and Barbara Wiśniewski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Łukasz Sławiński and Konstancja Mądrzejewska.
