Baptism of Barbara Karpik (1818)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Barbara Karpik, from the Służewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Służewo Wieś, No. 6, 1818

On the 30th of November, 1818, at 10 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of the Służewo Parish –  performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Służewo, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Maciej Karpik appeared, aged 30, a farmhand residing in Służewo, and presented Us a female child, which was born in house #6, on the 30th of November, 1818, to his lawful wife Agnieszka nee Wiśniewska, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Barbara. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Jan Kwiątkowski, aged 24, a farmhand, and Łukasz Karpik, aged 23, both are residents of Służewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
