This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wojciech Wałdoch, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1803,

On April 12th, 1803, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Wojciech. The parents were: Józef and Ewa Wałdoch nee Żywicka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Bartłomiej Wałdoch, from Kalisz, and Wiktoria Żywicka, from Trzebuń.
