This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Teresa Wałdoch, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1822,

On October 14th, 1822, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Teresa. The parents were: Maciej and Wiktoria Wałdoch nee Żywicka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Andrzej Wałdoch and Marianna Żywicka, both from Trzebuń.
