This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Rozalia Marianna Wałdoch, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1813,

On August 19th, 1813, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Rozalia Marianna. The parents were: Maciej and Wiktoria Wałdoch nee Żywicka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Janta and Marianna Janta, from Trzebuń.
