This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Paweł Wałdoch, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1804,

On January 1st, 1804, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Paweł. The parents were: Jan and Marianna Wałdoch nee Rolbiecka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Maciej Wałdoch and Marianna Ostrowska, both from Trzebuń.
