This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Maciej Wałdoch, from the Wiele Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Piechowice, 1806,

On February 23rd, 1806, I, Rev., Pastor of the Wiele Parish, baptized the infant named Maciej. The parents were: Bartłomiej and Magdalena Wałdoch nee Borzeszkowska, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 22nd of February, 1806. The Godparents were: Andrzej Etmanczyk and Floriana Szuler, both from Piechowice.
