This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Andrzej Wałdoch, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1800,

On March 29th, 1800, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Andrzej. The parents were: Maciej and Wiktoria Wałdoch nee Żywicka, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: ? Żywicki and Krystyna Jakubowska, both from Trzebuń.
