Marriage of Wawrzyniec Wachowski and Franciszka Tobiasz (1868)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Wawrzyniec Wachowski and Franciszka Tobiasz, from the Mąkoszyn Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Miłogaj, No. 10, 1868

This happened in Mąkoszyn, on the 16th of August, 1868, at 4 p.m. We declare in the presence of: Józef Tigielski, aged 40, a housekeeper?, and Szczepan Kiemonowski?, aged 28, a laborer, both residing in the village of Kozjaty, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Wawrzyniec Wachowski, aged 23, single, a farmer, residing in Miłogaj, the son of Mikołaj, a blacksmith who resides in the village of Wiszczelice, and the deceased Marianna Dobrowolska, born in the village of Dzierżązna,

and Franciszka Tobiasz, aged 30, single, the daughter of the deceased couple, Stanisław, a workman, and Agnieszka Tobiasz, born in the village of Góra.

Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Mąkoszyn Parish church, on the 2nd, 9th, and 16th of August, 1868. No prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
