This happened in the village of Krzywosądz on the 8th/20th, January, 1878, at 11 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses: Kacper Jaskulski, aged 52, and Michał Ciemny, aged 45, both are farmers residing in the village of Smarglin, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Szymon Juszczyński, aged 22, single, residing with his family in the village of Sędzin, the son of Łukasz and Teofila Juszczyński nee Czerwińska, born in the village of Sędzin,
and Józefa Woźniak, aged 19, single, residing with her mother in the village of Smarglin, the daughter of the deceased Mateusz and his widow Marianna Woźniak nee Tobiasz, born in the village of Smarglin.

No impediments arose to this marriage. The newlyweds stated that no martial agreement was made between them. Permission was given by the bride’s mother.
