Marriage of Michal Tobiasz and Jozefa Kacprzak (1892)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Michał Tobiasz and Józefa Kacprzak, from the Krzywosądz parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Czołpin, No 6, 1892
This happened in the village of Krzywosądz on the 11th/23rd of October, 1892, at 12 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses Antoni Brzeziński, aged 28, and Wojciech Chaber, aged 30, both peasant farmers in the village of Czołpin, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Michał Tobiasz, single, aged 26, a domestic worker, a peasant residing in the colony of Ujma Duża, son of the late Franciszek and his widow Marianna Ziemecka, who is a peasant residing in the village of Siniarzewo,
and Józefa Kacprzak, aged 22, daughter of Jan and Julianna Promińska, a peasant, born and residing in the village of Czołpin,
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Krzywosądz Parish Church and the Siniarzewo Parish Church, on the 20th of September/2nd of October, 27th of September/9th of October, and 4th/16th of October, 1892. The newlyweds stated that no martial agreement was made between them. The religious ceremony of marriage was performed by Rev. Florentyn Cieśliński. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
