This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Wojciech Tobiasz, from the Służewo Parish.
Przybranowo, No. 51, 1888
This occurred in the village of Służewo, on the 8th/20th of April, 1888, at 3 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Ignacy Bąk, aged 52, a worker in the village of Przybranowo and Jan Andronik, aged 45, a clergyman in the village of Służewo, and stated that on the 6th/18th of April, 1888, at 8 a.m., Wojciech Tobiasz, aged 4 weeks, died in the village of Przybranowo. He was born and resided in the village of Przybranowo, the son of Michał and Rozalia Tobiasz nee Nowak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wojciech Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
