This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Stanisław Tobiasz, from the Koneck Parish.
Święte, No. 3, 1888
This occurred in the village of Koneck, on the 2nd/14th of January, 1888, at 11 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Antoni Kułpa, aged 30, and Kazimierz Nowicki, aged 60, estate owners in the village of Święte, and stated that on the 2nd/14th of January, 1888, at 7 a.m., Stanisław Tobiasz, aged 3, died. He was born and a resident in the village of Święte, son of the late Andrzej and Michalina Tobiasz nee Sobocińska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Stanisław Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
