Death of Maciej Tobiasz (1848)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of my 2x great-grand uncle Maciej Tobiasz, from the Bądkowo parish.

Bądkowo No. 23 1848

This occurred in the village of Bądkowo on the 19th of April, 1848, at 11 a.m. Appearing are Ignacy Tobiasz, a horseman, aged 24, and Szymon Mędet, a farmhand, aged 30, both residents of Bądkowo, and stated that on the 16th of April, 1848, at 11 p.m., Maciej Tobiasz died, aged two months. He was the son, of the first appearing, Ignacy and Zofia Tobiasz nee Karpik. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Maciej Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
