This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Łukasz Tobiasz, from the Siniarzewo Parish.

Gosławice, No. 17, 1873

This occurred in the village of Gosławice, on the 1st of June, 1873, at 8 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Antoni Pachołski, aged 54, and Mateusz Rogałski, aged 54, both laborers residing in the village of Gosławice, and stated that on the 30th of May, 1873, at 12 p.m., Łukasz Tobiasz, aged 1, son of Franciszek and Marianna Tobiasz, died. He is survived by his siblings and parents. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Łukasz Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
