This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Józefa Tobiasz, from the Koneck Parish.
Święte, No. 24, 1891
This occurred in the village of Koneck, on the 15th/27th of August, 1891, at 3 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Antoni Kułpa, aged 40, and Wojciech Kościolowski, aged 30, estate owners in the village of Święte, and stated that on the 15th/27th of August, 1891, at 9 a.m., Józefa Tobiasz, aged 9, died. She was born and a resident in the village of Święte, daughter of the late Andrzej and Michalina Tobiasz nee Sobocińska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Józefa Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
