Death of Jan Tobiasz (1906)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Jan Tobiasz, from the Straszewo parish.

Zakrzewo No. 25 1906

This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 13th of October, 1906, at 5 p.m. Appearing are Ignacy Matusiak, aged 42, and Stanisław Kułakowski, aged 48, both peasants residing in Zakrzewo, and stated that on the 12th of October, 1906, at 6 a.m., in Zakrzewo, Jan Tobiasz died, aged 1, born in Zakrzewo, son of Józef and Katarzyna Tobiasz nee Brzezińska, laborers. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jan Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
