This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Helena Tobiasz, from the Bądkowo Parish.
Bądkowo, No. 62, 1888
This occurred in the village of Bądkowo, on the 25th of September/7th of October, 1888, at 7 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Marcin Karpik, aged 38, and Maciej Dąbrowski, aged 30, both peasant farmers in Bądkowo, and stated that on the 24th of September/6th of October, 1888, at 5 p.m., Helena Tobiasz, aged 2, died. She was the daughter of the late Andrzej and Michalina Tobiasz nee Sobicińska, who is a domestic worker in Bądkowo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Helena Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
