This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Franciszek Tobiasz, from the Koneck Parish.
Młynek, No. 1, 1884
This occurred in the village of Młynek, on the 28th of December, 1883/9th of January, 1884, at 1 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Kazimierz Chaber, aged 40, and Wawrzeniec Paprił, aged 60, both are estate owners in the village of Młynek, and stated that on the 28th of December, 1883/9th of January, 1884, at 5 a.m., Franciszek Tobiasz, aged 40, son of Stanisław, his place of birth is unknown, died. He is survived by his wife Marianna Ziemecka. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Franciszek Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
