This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Adam Tobiasz, from the Straszewo parish.
Zakrzewo No. 46 1893
This occurred in the village of Straszewo on the 4th/16th of June, 1893 at 5 p.m. Piotr Zabłocki, age 35, and Adam Cieślikiewicz, age 28, both farmers from Zakrzewo and stated that this morning, in Zakrzewo, Adam Tobiasz died, almost 2 years old, he was born and lived in Zakrzewo, son of Michał and Rozalia Tobiasz nee Nowak, who are attendants residing in Zakrzewo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Adam Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
