This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Ełżbieta Tobiasz, from the Łowiczek Parish.
Kolonia Józefewo, No. 12, 1874
This occurred in the settlement of Łowiczek, on the 21st of March/2nd of April, 1874, at 6 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Franciszek Dąbrzalski, aged 35, and Jan Wochna, aged 58, both are farmers residing in Kolonia Józefewo, and stated that in Kolonia Józefewo, on the 21st of March/2nd of April, 1874, at 6 a.m., Ełżbieta Tobiasz, aged 6 months, died. She was the daughter of Andrzej and Jadwiga Tobiasz nee Gołębiewska. She was born and resided in Kolonia Józefewo, where Andrzej farmed. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Ełżbieta Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
