This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Andrzej Tobiasz, from the Łowiczek Parish.
Kolonia Józefewo, No. 18, 1874
This occurred in the settlement of Łowiczek, on the 16th/28th of May, 1874, at 7 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Franciszek Dąbrzalski, aged 35, and Jan Wochna, aged 58, both are farmers residing in Kolonia Józefewo, and stated that in Kolonia Józefewo, on the 16th/28th of May, 1874, at 2 p.m., Andrzej Tobiasz, aged 40, died. He was a farmer residing in Kolonia Józefewo. He was born in the village of Parchanie – Grand Duchy of Poznań. He was the son of Stanisław and Agnieszka Tobiasz. He leaves behind his widow Jadwiga Tobiasz nee Gołębiewska, who resides in Kolonia Józefewo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Andrzej Tobiasz, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
