Baptism of Wojciech Tobiasz (1888)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Wojciech Tobiasz, from the Służewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Przybranowo, No. 62 1888

This occurred in the village of Służewo on the 13th/25th of March, 1888, at 5 p.m. Michał Tobiasz appeared, aged 25, a laborer in the village of Przybranowo, in the presence of Ignacy Bąk, aged 50, and Jan Andronik, aged 43, a clergyman in the village of Służewo, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the village of Przybranowo, on the 11th/23rd of March, 1888, at 2 p.m., to his lawful wife Rozalia Nowak, aged 24. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, by Rev. Wawrzyniec Waszak, this child was given the name of Wojciech. The Godparents were: Adam Cieslieski and Jozefa Juszczyńska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
