This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wojciech Tobiasz, from the Góra parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Łąkocin, 1810

On the 26th of March, 1810, I, Rev. Stanisław Modłkowski, Pastor of the Góra Parish, baptized an infant named Wojciech. The parents were: Jadwiga Tobiasz. The Godparents were: Sebastian Łączyński and Elżbieta Olasik, both from Łąkocin.
