Baptism of Walenty Tobiasz (1879)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Walenty Tobiasz, from the Łowiczek parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Łowiczek No. 50 1879
This occurred in the village of Łowiczek on the 15th/27th of December, 1879, at 5 p.m. Mateusz Tobiasz appeared, a farmhand, aged 26, a resident of the village of Łowiczek, in the presence of Jan Pomianowski, aged 44, and Jan Otasiaka?, aged 30, both peasants residing in the village of Łowiczek, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the village of Łowiczek, in the current month and year, at 12 p.m., to his lawful wife, Anna Marciniak, aged 21. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, by Rev. Michał Zwierzchowski, this child was given the name of Walenty. The Godparents were: Franciszek Tobiasz, a journeyman, from folwark Siutkowo, Lubanie (ommitted portion of this sentence), and Jadwiga Polniakowska, a maiden and a peasant from the village of Łowiczek. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
