Baptism of Stanislaw Tobiasz (1864)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Stanisław Tobiasz, from the Siniarzewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
 

Siniarzewo No. 12 1864

This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo on the 8th of May, 1864, at 9 a.m. Andrzej Tobiasz appeared, a wagon driver, aged 30, resident of the village of Siniarzewo, in the presence of Ignacy Chlewiski, aged 30, and Błazej Sobierajski, aged 35, both servants residing in Siniarzewo, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the village of Siniarzewo, on the 6th of May, 1864, at 8 a.m., to his lawful wife Jadwiga nee Gołębieska, aged 27. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Stanisław. The Godparents were: Marcin Wypij and Salomea Kawczyńska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
