Baptism of Mateusz Tobiasz (1853)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Mateusz Tobiasz, from the Siniarzewo parish.
Gosławice No. 12 1853
This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo on the 14th of August, 1853, at 12 a.m. Ignacy Tobiasz appeared, age 34, day-laborer and resident of Gosławice, in the presence of Józef Lewandoski, age 30, and Kazimierz Gumiński, age 30, both farmhands and residents of the village of Gosławice, and showed us a male child born in the village of Gosławice on the 13th of August, 1853, at 4 a.m. to his wife Zofia nee Karpik, age 30. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Mateusz, and the godparents were: Antoni Dąbek and Barbara Dumańska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
