This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Julianna Tobiasz, from the Góra parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On the 14th of April, 1822, I, Stanisław Modtkowski, Curator, baptized an infant named Julianna, who was born on April 12, 1822, at 6 p.m. She is the daughter of Stanisław Tobiasz and Agnieszka Buszka. The Godparents were Łukasz Janwiec, from Dulsk, and Julianna Krzykanowska, from Łąkocin.
