Baptism of Jozef Tobiasz (1869)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Józef Tobiasz, from the Łowiczek parish. Any errors are completely my own.
 

Kolonia Lowiczek village of Święte No. 6 1869

This occurred in the village of Łowiczek on the 14th/26th of February, 1869 at ? a.m. Andrzej Tobiasz appeared, a peasant farmer, resident of Kolonia Łowiczek, village of Święte, aged 33 years old, in the presence of Mateusz Kulpa, a laborer, aged 33, and Mateusz Szkoluda, a peasant farmer, aged 34, the first from Kolonia Kaniewo, the second from Kolonia Łowiczek, village of Święte, and  presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in Kolonia Lowiczek, the village of Święte, on the 12th/24th, of February, 1869, at 7 p.m., to his lawful wife, Jadwiga nee Gołębieska, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, by Rev. Michał Zwierzchowski, this child was given the name of Józef. The Godparents were the above mentioned Mateusz Kulpa and Małgorzata Szkoluda, both peasants from Kolonia Łowiczek, village of Święte. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
