This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Helena Tobiasz, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Wola Bachorna, No. 27 1886

This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 7th/19th of September, 1886, at 3 a.m. Andrzej Tobiasz appeared, aged 26, a horse groom, in the presence of Michał Juszczyński, aged 28, and Władysław Domalecki?, aged 25, both horse grooms in the village of Wola Bachorna, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in the village of Wola Bachorna, on the 2nd/14th of September, 1886, to his lawful wife Michalina Sobocińska, aged 24. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Helena. The Godparents were: Antoni Dziewulski? and Rozalia Tobiasz. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
