This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Franciszka Tobiasz, from the Góra parish. Any errors are completely my own.

The baptism of Franciszka Tobiasz occurred in the village of Góra on the 25th of February, 1838. She was born on the 18th of February, 1838, at 4 p.m., in the village of Dulsk, to her parents Stanisław Tobiasz, a Catholic, peasant, and Agnieszka Buszka, a Catholic. The Godparents were: Jan Jesion, a young man, and Katarzyna Rolirad, housewife.
