Baptism of Antonina Tobiasz (1859)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Antonina Tobiasz, from the Siniarzewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
 

Gosławice No. 7 1859

This occurred in the village of Gosławice on the 1st of March, 1859 at 12 p.m. Andrzej Tobiasz appeared, a groom, aged 26, resident of the village of Gosławice, in the presence of Józef Lewandoski, aged 40, and Wawrzyniec Kuzlecki, aged 25, both grooms residing in the village of Gosławice, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in the village of Gosławice, on the 1st of March, 1859, at 5 p.m., to his lawful wife Jadwiga nee Gołębieska, aged 24. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Antonina. The Godparents were: Andrzej Hępkowski and Maryanna Gołębieska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
