Baptism of Antoni Tobiasz (1857)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Antoni Tobiasz, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Wola Bachorna, No. 15 1857

This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 12th of June, 1857, at 12 p.m. Ignacy Tobiasz appeared, a horse groom, aged 37, a resident of the village of Wola Bachorna, in the presence of Mateusz Klimczak, aged 31, and Jan Swiercz, aged 77, both farmers residing in Wola Bachorna, and presented us a male child, stating that the child was born in the village of Wola Bachorna, on the 29th of May, 1857, at 9 p.m., to his lawful wife Zofia Karpik, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Antoni. The Godparents were: Mateusz Klimczak and Marianna Swiercz, both from Wola Bachorna. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
