This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Anna Tobiasz, from the Krzywosądz parish.

Smarglin, No. 23, 1860

This occurred in the village of Krzywosądz, on the 15th of July, 1860, at 11 a.m. Marianna Suska, aged 55, a midwife residing in the village of Smarglin, appeared in the presence of: Kacper Jaskulski, aged 36, and Szczepan Dąbrowski, aged 50, both are farm owners residing in the village of Smarglin, and showed us a female child born in the village of  Smarglin, on the 14th of July, 1860, at 12 p.m., to Julianna Tobiasz, aged 26, a menial laborer. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Anna. The godparents were: Kacper Jaskulski and Marianna Przybylska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
