This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Agnieszka Tobiasz, from the Parchanie Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Balczewo, 1801

On the 6th of September, 1801, I, Rev., Pastor of the Parchanie Parish, baptized an infant named Agnieszka. The parents were: Jan and Jadwiga Tobiasz, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Lewandowski, from Balczewo, and Agnieszka Olasik, from Łąkocin.
